1 .T Racking only select quality row material from famous steel supplier. the raw steel for shelvings are mainly SS400, Q235B, SPCC, ST12. and the surface powder coated with AKZO NOBEL or DUPONT Nontoxic paint by static airless resin spraying technology, it ensured the stable performance of product. We can offer mill certificate for each lot of production to make sure it's from qualified supplier.

Our QC process is as below:

Raw steel inspection by purchasing Dep. → Inspection after raw material cutting by Manufacturing Dep. → "Next" producing-process inspect "last" step during manufacturing by worker and Manu. Dep → Raw product inspection before powder coating by Manu. Dep. → Inspection before packing by QC Dep. → Final inspection before shipment by QC Dep. Welcome for third part inspection from customer or individual organization.
