Push Back Racking

Push back racking comes from pallet racking, it use guide rail combine with trolley, the guide rail has about 3°angle. Use the weight of cargo to make the pallet first in first out, come and get out from one side.

Push back racking is suitable for large quantity but few sizes, the space usage is very high, and it’s easily and flexible to store and unload. The depth of racking can’t be very deep, usually it’s less than 5 pallets. The height of racking is less than 6000mm. Such racking require the system to be very accurate, especially the trolley and guide rail size. If the manufacturing and installation job is not good, it will make the racking system not very smooth.

Push back racking is very expensive, customer with enough budget can use it.
