The structure of angle shelving is very simple and stable. The major component includes upright post, shelf, corner plate, bolts & nuts.
Upright Post: Upright Post is usually made from 38 x 38 x 1.8 or 38 x 38 x 1.6 angle steel, there are many types of punch style such as round, ellipse and reversal hole. The post can be powder coated or galvanized. For powder coat, customer can choose various color according to RAL color chart. For the customer who care the cost, we can use paint to save cost. The common size is 900×300, 900×450, 900×600…
Shelf: usually shelf is made from cold rolled steel or galvanized steel, The common thickness is 0.8mm, 0.7mm and 0.6mm. The corner of shelf is cut off to put front and back shelf together, which can help save a lot of sea freight cost. There are mounting holes in the bending of shelf, which is suitable for bolts & nuts to fix upright post with shelf.
Bolts & nuts: there are various of bolts & nuts can be available, M8x15, M8x16. Customer can choose whatever they want.
Corner Plate: this is to increase the stability of angle shelving system, we can use 0.6 or 1.2mm thickness.
Plastic Cap & Plastic Foot: This is to help protect the end of upright post, it’s a option choice.
